1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and BWG688 (hereinafter referred to as "BWG688", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the BWG688 website accessible at https://bwg688.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer tables, account management, and payment processing.

By accessing, registering on, or using BWG688 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the BWG688 platform, uniquely associated with one individual Player.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, credited bonus amounts (where applicable), and settled winnings net of withdrawals.
"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback credits, or reward credits applied to an Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process of identity and document verification required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Platform" means the BWG688 website, all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and any software or services made available thereunder.
• "Real Money Wager" means a wager placed using deposited funds or settled winnings held in the Account, as distinct from a wager placed using Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds (or a combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be requested for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary or Platform-imposed restriction preventing a Player from accessing their Account for a defined or indefinite period.

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the BWG688 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an Account. BWG688 enforces strict age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud protocols.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not register.
3. Jurisdictional Access: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing online gambling services via BWG688 is lawful in your jurisdiction. BWG688 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited does not constitute authorisation by BWG688 and is entirely at the Player's own risk.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the BWG688 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
5. No Affiliation with BWG688: Current employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of employees of BWG688 or its affiliated service providers are not eligible to register as Players.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account on BWG688, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address and/or mobile number.

BWG688 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Such documentation may include but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or Maybank account showing your registered name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, where deemed necessary by our compliance team

KYC verification must be completed before BWG688 will process a Player's first withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period — typically 7 calendar days from the date of request — may result in Account suspension and/or forfeiture of winnings pending verification.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. BWG688 reserves the right to close any Account where documentation provided is found to be falsified, altered, or otherwise fraudulent.

5 Account Rules & Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including all wagers placed and all deposits made. The following rules apply to all registered Accounts:

• Credential Security: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential at all times. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person, including family members or friends. BWG688 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify BWG688 immediately if you become aware or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 16.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account, including any balance, bonus credits, loyalty points, or VIP tier status, is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person.
• Account Accuracy: You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change, including your email address, mobile number, or residential address. Updates may require re-verification of identity documents.
• Device & Access Security: You are responsible for ensuring that all devices used to access BWG688 are adequately protected with up-to-date security software and that you log out fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

BWG688 supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

6.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. BWG688 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction.
• BWG688 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction or service fees independent of BWG688's systems.
• Deposits made to your Account are non-refundable once credited and used to place wagers.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder and previously used for a successful deposit, subject to BWG688's withdrawal method policies in effect at the time of the request.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before funds derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.
• BWG688 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving high-value withdrawal requests, as defined by our internal compliance thresholds.
• Typical processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (FPX / Maybank / CIMB / Public Bank / Hong Leong Bank) — 30 minutes to several hours depending on banking operating hours; USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency — 15 to 45 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.
• BWG688 will not be held responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

BWG688 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that we have reasonable grounds to believe may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. Deposits must be made from funds that are legally owned by the Account holder. Depositing funds for purposes other than genuine entertainment gambling is strictly prohibited.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

BWG688 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called rollover). The applicable multiple will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus carrying a 15x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means a total of RM1,500 in eligible wagers must be placed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, individual bet sizes are typically capped at between RM250 and RM500 per round or game event. Placing bets that exceed this cap while using Bonus Funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion's detailed terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting, as specified per promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry date will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotional bonuses impose a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from that specific bonus. The applicable cap will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through the same Account or via multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.
• Abuse and Hedging: BWG688 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage across selections, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirements in ways inconsistent with genuine entertainment play. Any such activity will result in voiding of the bonus and may result in suspension.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through the BWG688 platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. BWG688 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify a wager after it has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• BWG688 offers sports betting markets on events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other major domestic and international competitions. Odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed.
• In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations — including but not limited to technical errors, human error, or data feed errors — BWG688 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. No obligation arises from an incorrectly displayed price or outcome.
• Live betting markets are offered on selected events. BWG688 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, including during periods of technical instability or where we suspect unusual or suspicious betting patterns on a specific market.
• For casino games, all game results are determined by certified random number generation software. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are publicly displayed per game where technically feasible and are theoretical long-term averages, not guarantees of individual session returns.
• Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure — for example, a disconnection mid-round on a live dealer table — BWG688's system will resolve the round in accordance with the applicable game's technical rules and, where applicable, the outcome captured at the point of interruption. Interrupted rounds that cannot be resolved will result in the stake being returned to the Player's Account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BWG688 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or under a false identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, compromised, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent betting limits
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after deposited funds have been wagered
• Exploiting any technical glitch, software error, or vulnerability in the Platform to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been available
• Accessing the Platform via a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions or Platform security measures
• Facilitating or assisting another person to breach these Terms

10 Responsible Gambling

BWG688 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined time window.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum active session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing the Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed for the nominated duration. BWG688 will also endeavour to suppress marketing communications to self-excluded players.

BWG688 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. Age verification checks are conducted as part of the KYC process, and Accounts found to be registered by persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the BWG688 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, software, database structures, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of BWG688 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from BWG688
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its content
• Frame or embed any portion of the Platform within another website or application
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices displayed on the Platform

Any unauthorised use of BWG688's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BWG688 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's availability, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including interruptions caused by technical failures, internet infrastructure issues, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional details, where such information contained a manifest error subsequently corrected by BWG688
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security

BWG688's total aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit BWG688's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Termination & Closure

13.1 Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting BWG688's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method, subject to KYC requirements being met and any outstanding wagering requirements being resolved.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by BWG688: BWG688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet eligibility requirements (including age or jurisdictional requirements)
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring Account suspension or closure
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder
• Extended period of Account inactivity (typically defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more)

Where an Account is closed by BWG688 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining Account balance — including deposits, bonus credits, and winnings — may be forfeited entirely. Where closure is not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned after completing applicable verification procedures.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which BWG688 is licensed and incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between you and BWG688, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently and fairly through direct communication. BWG688's internal complaints procedure operates as follows:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to the support email address listed in Section 16, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the outcome you seek.
2. BWG688 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receipt.
3. If you are not satisfied with BWG688's response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority or dispute resolution body in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from disputes under these Terms must be brought within 12 months of the date on which you became aware of the relevant facts. Claims brought outside of this limitation period may be time-barred.

15 Amendments to These Terms

BWG688 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — BWG688 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by prominent notice on the homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

The date at the top of this page ("Last updated") indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. BWG688 recommends that you review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
